Da'Monique Garza, MSW, LCSW, LCADC
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors, from those who might be dealing with life’s stressors, or searching for some focus and direction in their life, to those living with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring disorders. I implement a range of therapeutic approaches to help individuals find happiness and achieve their goals, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, strengths perspective, family therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducation.
My experience includes helping individuals with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress management, life transitions, anger management, work issues, emotional regulation, and substance use disorders.
I am committed to helping individuals overcome obstacles, become empowered, achieve goals, and feel confident in their lives. I will meet you where you are in your life, and together in a safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate environment we can explore your strengths and find your true self.
