Licensed Associate Counselor

No matter where you are in life, you may deal with struggles that feel bigger than you. It can feel like more than one person can take, especially when it seems as though you have no support or when the support you do have just isn't enough. The struggle may show at school when it becomes impossible to focus, sit still, or make friends. Perhaps at work, it feels like you are drowning in worries and dread. Even when you are at home, where you should feel absolutely safe, maybe something is just...off. Whatever your struggle, seeking an outside perspective could be the choice that brings positive change into your life.

I utilize a person-centered CBT-based approach. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who experience struggles with life transitions, anxiety, ADHD, and general life stresses.

Sometimes we get comfortable in our struggles and the idea of change, even positive change, can be scary. I'm here not to judge, but to validate and meet you where you are, and to work with you at your pace. Together we will identify the thoughts and beliefs that do not serve you, and develop perceptions that empower you to invite the change you desire.
