Small-group yoga sessions are designed to support emotional well-being through gentle movement, breath work, and mindfulness. 

Led in a calm, supportive space, each class offers personal attention to help reduce stress, ease anxiety, and reconnect with your mind-body connection. 

No experience needed! 

Classes offer a safe space to move, breathe, and heal together. 

Small classes offer a blend of personal guidance & group energy. 
Max 4 students per class

Absolutely! Semi private classes allow for individual attention in a group setting. Class levels may vary, everyone is on their own journey.
